Hello Everyone,
Just 3 weeks to go and the Root Veggies are in their element. More Beets, Carrots, and Onions this week, with more Leeks and Winter Squash to follow the week after. The Tomatoes managed to survive the cold temperatures that came aong with the last storm, and although their growth has slowed significantly, we may well have them for a few weeks more. The Spinach an Oriental Greens also survived, and with luck we may get one more harvest out of each before the season is up. And the Kale of course is loving this weather. We should see one more harvest of those beds, too.
